Requirements: A Minimum of Grade 10 (authentic School report) or Relevant NQF level 2 or ABET Level 4. Able to read and write. Working experience in the public carrier or in cleansing surroundings will be an introduced advantage. Good interpersonal relations, Ability to work in a team. Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles; Patients’ Rights and 6 ministerial priorities. Be Prepared to work flexible hours, and shifts (nights, weekends, and public holidays). Be Able to supply providers below pressure.
Duties: Clean Windows, Walls, Carpets, and floors. Clean, dirt, and polish workplace furniture, consulting rooms, passages/corridors, Emptying all bins, cleansing bathrooms, and any different location in the hospital under the supervision of a supervisor. Change and wash linen. Serve tea and refreshments when necessary. Wash dishes, glasses, cutlery, and utensils. Operate and use cleansing tools and chemicals. Safekeeping and managing a range of aids in the cleansing of the premises. Keep the cleansing cloth and tools easy and safe. Report defects noticed. Expected to lift out any different obligation as suggested by way of the supervisor.
