Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that you comply with all security, company and Estate policies and procedures at all times and enforce them accordingly, this includes making sure all security personnel and subordinates adhere to all instructions and requirements.
Will at all times be open, honest and act with integrity.
The main duty(s) of the Security Officer is to respond to access control, perform patrols as instructed or communicated by means of technology within the Estate to ensure that irregularities and incidents do not occur.. – visibility is of utmost importance and helps prevent transgressions from occurring.
All irregularities and incidents that the Security Officer may encounter must be dealt with in a professional manner and must be reported to the Shift Manager and Control Room as soon as possible. Including noting all the required information (who, what, when, why, how, where, names and numbers, registration numbers,

Qualifications
Matric.
Psira Grade C.
License and PDP advantageous.
