Full job description
Required Skills & Knowledge Experience in relevant field within BOH i.e., cold, hot or Pizza Sections • Follow all aspects of food and beverage preparation and presentation as set out through brand specific briefings and recipes • Follow and uphold all relevant sectional SOPs • Attendance and active participation in all relevant training sessions on & off site. • Training, coaching and guidence to new hires. • Control and minimisation of waste. • Knowledge and practice of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Utilising kitchen equipment in a safe and responsible manner, avoiding and reporting any damage or required maintanence Desired Qualities • Self motivated • Passion for quality and consistency of product • Flexibility and willingness to work rotating shifts and step in to assist in all sections during busy service
