Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the Customer Service ride in the restaurant by
Ensuring that the surroundings are friendly, heat & inviting
Proactive and solutions-oriented to surpass the customer’s carrier expectations
Ensuring that engagement with the patron is authentic, friendly, excessive energy, and engaging
Executing responsibilities with accuracy, speed, and friendliness, which includes Kiosk interface
Executing KFC health, safety, and hygiene standards
Serving KFC merchandise that meets the standards
Grade: 10-12 OR Abet level 4
Preferred coaching in the Hospitality industry
Minimum 0-year customer-facing experience
Passion for client service
