Maintain confidential records, archives, to ensure data and files are accurately stored according to audit requirements.
Job description
Key Performance Areas where experience will be gained:
Finance Administration
Stock takes/Stock control and transfers
Data collection and capturing
Placing Orders
Finance reporting and analysing
Adhoc duties in finance department
Minimum requirements
Education, experience and competencies required:
- Grade 12
- Must be unemployed Graduates
- Advanced Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting or Btech in Cost and Management Accounting
- Must be Computer Literate (MS Office).
- Complying to Health and Safety
- Trustworthy, Cooperative, proactive and willing – Friendly, Able to work quickly and under pressure
- Consistently behaves in a manner that is appropriate and professional
- Understand and carry out instructions
- Good verbal and communication skills, Read instructions in English & write
