To prepare meals for residents and functions, Inventory control, staff supervision and administration
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Culinary Qualification
- 3-4 years’ experience doing similar job.
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as and when required
- Drivers licence
- Computer Literate
Primary Duties
- Menu Planning and Costing
- Meal preparation within Budget
- Inventory control.( ordering, receiving and issuing)
- Stock taking and variance reporting
- Asset Verification
