Requirements: ABET/ Standard 8. 6 – 12 months of Experience in working with victims of Gender-based violence will be added advantage. No criminal record or cases pending against you. Knowledge and Skill: Good customer service, and experience in working with victims of Gender-Based Violence. Communication Skills. Empathy. Basic understanding of Gender-Based Violence.

Duties: Report daily occurrences to Supervisor, make tea for visitors and management, deliver meals to sick clients, issue linen clothing and toiletries to clients, submit daily statistics of clients, Escort clients to Hospitals/Clinics or CourtIssue. Issue and record toiletries and linen, allocate a room to clients admitted to the shelter, assist and monitor kitchen activities, do roll call daily of clients admitted to the Centre, and escort sick clients to hospitals and clinics. Manage client occurrence book, supervise family visits to clients, and report notable incidences to the multidisciplinary team.
