Requirements : Minimum Grade 10 qualification. Should be able to read and write. Good verbal and written communication skills. Should be prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Food service-related courses done will be an added advantage. Duties:

Duties : Perform routine tasks and operate machinery. All tasks related to preparation, cooking and serving of food and cleaning on rotation basis. Be able to do food provisioning. Pack supplies received. Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of equipment. Washing of cutlery/crockery. Apply hygienic measures in the food service unit. Execute any other relevant tasks upon instruction by the supervisor and when necessary.
